Computer Brain Syndrome

Computer Brain Syndrome is the ailment of the 21 century. As the economy, our entertainment, and social interactions move entirely to the digital world, humans spend more and more waking hours on computers, TVs, and hand held devices, such as smart phones and digital pads, this causes us to develop what I call Computer Brain Syndrome. It is important to note that Computer Brain Syndrome is not limited to the brain and actually effects the entire body.

Common symptoms of Computer Brain Syndrome include a short attention span, eye strain, blurry farsighted vision, carpal tunnel syndrome, bad posture, back problems, and upper shoulder and neck tension. Furthermore Computer Brain Syndrome results in vitamin D deficiency, lack of exercise, and lack of circulation to extremities.
